100% Prepayment required. You can cancel/reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your session.
Intake form must be completed and signed prior to your appointment. It is your initial consent to care. Please do not risk having your appointment cancelled.
Refunds are at the sole discretion of the practice.

BOOKING POLICY
You are booking time as well as treatment, and are responsible the full amount of your appointment should you have to cancel within 24 hours. No Shows are responsible 100% for their session payment.
