‘Look For The Helpers…’

~ Fred Rogers

Rose is a Brooklyn native who began her helping path holding the hands of her granddad's & father's patients. In college, she volunteered at the Otsego County Safe House & hotline, and in her early 20's Rose advocated for NYC's most vulnerable survivors until finding her calling in therapeutic massage and somatic bodywork in 2005. Rose shared her knowledge as full-time faculty & department chair (Mildred-Elley 2019-2026). A life-long learner and educator, Rose knows to truly master your craft is the ability to teach others. Rose currently sits on the Executive Board of The New York State Society of Medical Massage Therapists (NYSSMMT).

Rose understands the needs of those who call this chaotic city home. Nurturing her practice since 2005, Rose has developed a unique approach that is clinically therapeutic, somatically aware, and outcome-based. Client-centered, heartful, and trauma-informed, Rose unites critical thinking, expertise, and compassionate care to help you achieve your wellness goals...less pain, better movement, ease of mind. The results can leave you feeling calm regulated, sleeping better, moving more freely, and enjoying the activities you love. Let us work together to help you feel better in your body and mind.

Together we find stillness in this city that never sleeps.
